3. Structural Designs

4. Electronic Components

The assembled electronics get converted into plates that play static images in motions and colors. The circuits manufactured are then assembled to form complete panels that are fully functional and able to produce a full-color image.

6. Tests

In the image control phase, numerous videos are reproduced to analyze the chromatic and quality of leaves. Various video tests are conducted to analyze color quality. 

Specialized materials are used to adjust and measure different parameters of components. At the end of the testing process, the unit is turned on, thus adjusting the whole unit. 

7. Packaging

Here the LED sign is ready. The manufacturer ensures it is packed and shipped safely. The LED sign is packed in a high-resistance package; thus, product protection while shipping is guaranteed.
